Access to the Website and purchase and use of the Services is subject to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
These Terms of Use apply whether you are accessing the Site via a personal computer, a mobile device or any other technology or devices now known or hereafter developed or discovered.



By accessing this website, you are representing to us that you are of legal age and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Job Board EroJobs is NOT acting as an employment agency.

Our exclusive purpose in operating this website is to publish employment classified advertising, profiles, and postings written only by others and to provide World Wide Web functionality convenient to the lawful use of such advertising, profiles, and postings for exclusively lawful purposes, including the facilitation of intercommunication among the classes of users. All job ads and job seeker profiles and the information and postings related to them are exclusively authored by third parties, not by us. These third-party advertisers are alone responsible for what is contained in their respective advertisements and postings. We do not verify the contents of any third-party advertisement or posting, nor screen the background of any advertiser. We do not operate any talent or employment agency; we do not offer, procure, or promise to procure any employment or engagement for any person or attempt to do so for any person. We do not recommend, endorse, or vouch for the bona fides, worth, or integrity of any agency, company, individual, advertiser, poster or otherwise. If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to us immediately.

By use of this site you acknowledge that EroJobs acts only as a platform for the referral of information between its users the ‘Candidate’ and the ‘Employer’ and is not in any way responsible for any of the jobs or candidates described on this site. We shall not be held to the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CVs posted, the truth or accuracy of listings.


Our liability

The materials contained on our site are provided for general information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such.

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

 — all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;

Job postings

Without prejudice or limitation to the foregoing you agree to utilise this site according to the following prohibitive uses

– No obscene or blasphemous postings

– Postings of erroneous or untrue information

– Promoting illegal activities

– No infringement of copyright, trademark of any other person

– Uploading, posting any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, Junk Mail or Spam

– Altering or erasing any material posted other than your own account.

– To post any file that may contain a virus or software damaging submission which could in any way be harmful to the EroJobs website.

EroJobs reserve the right to remove any materials or postings that are deemed in conflict with our terms and conditions or that may create liability for EroJobs.

It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that all advertisements are accurate and legal and do not discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, religion, age, disability, and that all advertisements comply with all relevant Czech national and EU regulations in relation to same. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. EroJobs cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the client as a result omission, or failure to comply with the relevant regulations. EroJobs reserves the sole right to remove any advertisements without prior notice, which it considers breaches or may breach these regulations.

Obligations Of Recruitment Agencies

Recruitment Agencies undertake as follows. To use CV obtained through EroJobs for the sole purpose of endeavouring to locate suitable employment on their behalf. Not to pass candidate details to third parties without the candidate’s permission. To obtain the express consent of candidates prior to submitting his or her CV to any potential employer.


Jurisdiction and applicable law

EroJobs does not guarantee that the information which is accessible on or via the Website is suitable or available for use in other countries. If you use the Website from a location outside the Czech Republic, you are responsible for the compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. EroJobs does not accept any liability for damages, in whatever form, suffered, direct or indirect as a consequence of actions or decisions which are based on information which is obtained on or via the Website. In addition, no rights can be derived from the content of the Website.



While every effort is made by EroJobs to ensure integrity and security, EroJobs makes no warranty in relation to security, content, computer viruses, or malicious programs, or that the site will operate without interruption or error free. EroJobs does not accept liability for any loss or damage, however caused, as a result of any breaches of security. This exclusion also applies to CV or data submitted on diskette, email or otherwise to agencies and potential employers by candidates.



In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to our pricing policy.

All advertising fees are payable in full in advance. Payment may be made by credit card or money transfer on the placing of an advertisement.

Payment is due irrespective of the suitability or number of replies received.

Standart advertisements are placed for 30 day periods or multiples thereof, and should be visible to job seekers and candidates 24/7 for this period. While every effort will be made to ensure that advertised positions are visible to site visitors at all times, EroJobs cannot accept liability for any periods during which the site may be unavailable, whether for technical or maintenance reasons, or other factors outside our control.


Refund Policy

Where a client removes an advertisement prior to the expiry date for that position or advertising package, no refund is payable to the client for any unused time. Where a Job advertisement is removed prior to the expiry date for the Job Pack purchased, an alternative position may be substituted at no extra charge, and this position will be visible up to the original expiry date. Any advertisement placed by the client may be expired by the client at any time.
